What matters when you travel by bike
Free covered parking inside the property
Bikes are kept inside and under cover, not on the street. Nothing to pay.
Private entrance
Come back whenever you like, with no reception to pass. Helmet, jacket and panniers go straight into your suite.
A kitchen in your suite
If you arrive late or it rains, have dinner in. Breakfast comes to your suite.
The old town on foot
Six hundred metres to the centre of Ronciglione: you go to dinner without the bike.
The roads around here
The house sits in the middle of the Cimini hills: the bends start right outside the gate.
- The Lake Vico loop
- A circuit of the crater through the nature reserve, between beech woods and hazel groves. Short, and worth doing twice.
- The Cimina road
- The road over the Cimini hills towards Viterbo, passing beneath the beech forest: climbs, hairpins and shade even in summer.
- The Cassia towards Bolsena
- From Sutri north to Lake Bolsena, with Montefiascone at the top and the lake below.
- Towards Civita and Bomarzo
- A day among the tufa hill towns of the Tiber valley: back roads, little traffic.
