Breakfast and local produce
Breakfast is included and comes to your suite. In the evening, on request, we prepare an aperitivo supper with what is produced around here.
Breakfast
Milk, coffee or tea, croissants, apple cake or tarts, biscuits, fruit juices and our own roasted hazelnuts. You have it in your suite's kitchen, at your own pace; in the warm months also in the garden. It can also be served as a buffet: just ask when you book.
The aperitivo supper
Cured meats, cheeses, bruschetta with local oil and a glass of Tuscia wine. Please book it the day before. For groups, in the warm months, we organise dinners under the pergola or in the barbecue area.
What is produced here
Hazelnuts
The Cimini hills are one of the most important hazelnut-growing areas in Italy.
Chestnuts
In autumn: fresh, roasted or as flour.
Extra virgin olive oil
From the mills of Tuscia: the new oil arrives in November.
Wine
Towards Montefiascone and Lake Bolsena begins the land of Est! Est!! Est!!!
Eating out
You can have dinner in the medieval old town, on foot, in the trattorias nearby or in the restaurants on the shore of Lake Vico. The menus are traditional Tuscia cooking, with produce from local farms. We will tell you where to go.
